Pre-Concert
Long before the Halloween concert was to start, the audience got the chance to be on the stage to check out the sounds of the instruments played by the musician and to ask any questions you may have for the musician. Here are some pictures I took. The pics are a little dark, I know, I know... But I hope you can see some of the setup of the instruments.

Paints both sides
My Nephew and I were painting this week. We used watercolours. It's interesting when you give a kid a piece of paper, what's next becomes a surprise onto paper when dried. Not only one side is done, but both sides and two different works of Art. When painting with kids, the older one always says, "this is for you" or afterwards you make a comment: "I like it!" and automatically he says, "you can have it." Upon keeping 'em, I keepsake them in my card collection. When I have the supplies, usually the artwork would be framed and hung up somewhere, usually like in the Studio or the studio's entrance.
The bottom painting is watercolour 9"x6" by My Nephew
The next one above that is Brush Swirls card by Nana Huang
The next one above that is painting on the other side of painting watercolour 9"x6" by Nephew.
The 4th one up is painting card: Brush Swirls by Nephew who is 4yrs. 5 months old.
Finally, the top one is painting by Nana Huang called: Painting with my Nephew. It was a piece of paper folded lengthwise in half, he painted on the right side, and I painted on the left side, when the painting was almost completed, when wet, the paper was cut in half.

Pearl Production ~ In the making of earrings, bracelets, & necklaces ~
Been working with pearls since last year. Currently, in production is what I titled 'Orbit Bracelets' using memory wire, genuine pearls, wood/metal spacers as an accent pieces. This piece of work came about yesterday on Saturday, January 30th, in the morning hours. I made a couple of them, was curious if it would stay on the wrist, so I picked one I liked, but afterwards, I found it would fall off, so I had to redo it to make multiple twists. I could of just put a chain and a clasp at each end, but I wanted to avoid using those. The Orbit Bracelet, soon to be posted in my shop, along with some pearls clip-on earrings, pierced earrings will soon be available for purchase. What's special about the Orbit Bracelet, the pearls may be moved in different locations on the memory wire, or just left it the way it is.

Fingerless Mitts
I've been into crocheting and thought of making fingerless mitts for awhile. I followed no patterns. This one showing in the picture is an xtra small, it's super fitted and slim for small writs and hand. The next one above it, is a medium, for a mans hand, or the next one, baby blue for a large hand also, for a man. I would like to make scarves and baby blanket too, sometime soon, for now I like making smaller projects. These sure keeps hands super warm! The top edge as well as the bottom edge may be folded back one layer if it is too big or too long for the wearer.
